Storage location is convenient.The struggle is when there’s so many cars parked and you can’t even get to you storage unit . There’s cars that are parked for hours long and they don’t move . Literally no control .

Maybe biggest concern is lack of restrooms available, maybe a port-a-potty for convenience. Need water fountain for customer hydration as a courtesy

I rented here for about 18 months, and overall my experience was mixed.On the positive side, my unit was always accessible, and my belongings remained secure throughout my time there. Some of the employees were genuinely kind and helpful, which I appreciated, though other interactions felt more indifferent. The main manager in particular was not willing to waive any fees, even under reasonable circumstances.There were also ongoing operational issues that made the experience frustrating. It was often difficult to find available moving carts, which made loading and unloading inconvenient. The facility itself felt somewhat run down compared to other storage locations I’ve used, and cleanliness was inconsistent. I also rarely noticed any visible security cameras, which was concerning given the condition of the property.In addition, I had a billing issue due to an autopay mistake that resulted in two separate fees totaling $55. Given that I had been a long-term tenant with a generally consistent payment history, I was disappointed that this was not met with any flexibility or courtesy adjustment. I noticed the issue the following day, corrected it immediately, and paid the charges after management declined a waiver.During my time there, I also spoke with other tenants who had experienced break-ins and theft, which added to my concerns about overall security at the facility.Overall, the facility served its basic purpose, but the experience did not feel particularly well-maintained or customer-focused.

Roaches in unit when nothing was in there day 1 then roaches several in the U Haul truck I rented and now that I left Roaches in my MercedesThey also was going to be SLICK AND AUCTION my unit off. They had paperwork but NO Date they gone tell me July it was Not in the newspaper nor on my Statement they knew it was a Expensive Motorcycle in there wouldn't give me a written statement verifying July but they were having a Auction in June. I Fooled them my Family Showed up with Cash 1301$ they MOUTHS dropped to the Ground and I was out of there accept the Roaches!!! Bad Management and lies no proof of paperwork just Hersay which means nothing in a Court law!!

The property is good great location but the price is too high they giving me good price moving in and then when I inside they raise the price I look for different storage they have better pricesThe personal and the property they are so friendly and great service good customer service I like everything except the price so I took my stuff out and moving to another storage with better prices

Solid communication. smooth process. easy to move and out with the elevators. Not the safest at times because often the doors are left ajar and open, and it was easy for me to sneak in when I forgot my code. It also isn't super convenient that the office is closed during the weekend, when most people have to do the brunt of their moving, but overall a very solid service.

I had stuff stolen from my unit and still never got any compensation.

The rent is to high and going up every 6 months!
