You raised the rent two times within a year by more than 25%! Why do business like that? Why not have long term customers at a reasonable rent? You would had a unit rented for years if you hadn’t gotten greedy.

Elevator is out of service often and for long periods. Fairly messy interiors, when there is abanded garbage in halls, it stays there for quite a while. Entry gates do not work well often.

The small downgrade was due to the building access door should be able to stay open as yout loading your unit. Single person with items or cart is very difficult.

Someone opened my unit and put a suitcase full of female stuff in it and took my massage gun

I hate to say this, but the place is dirty and not well maintained. I found a place that is cheaper, very clean and climate-controlled. There are not enough cameras in the actual storage areas. Only outside. Somebody broke into multiple storage unit and it was never detected.
