Someone opened my unit and put a suitcase full of female stuff in it and took my massage gun

I hate to say this, but the place is dirty and not well maintained. I found a place that is cheaper, very clean and climate-controlled. There are not enough cameras in the actual storage areas. Only outside. Somebody broke into multiple storage unit and it was never detected.

Someone broke into my unit and stole things! Move on was horrible, people blocked the drive path, so I had to get a manager to get in and out, but the worst is believing my things were safe, when they weren’t. And I have emailed customer service for information about the insurance, but I received this survey and no contact from them.
