To expensive for the low quality. Smells like pee, there's a lot of homeless breaking in to the units and stealing.The place it's dirty.

The add was misleading regarding how much the rent is and what the first month’s payment is.

We were very happy with the experience. I appreciate how our stuff was protected and had no issues with temperature fluctuations or dust.

The ladies that were working during our time of arrival were very helpful and kind to us made our entire first time visit easy and the area is very clean as well definitely will be telling my family about this storage area

Once my storage was broken into and just two weeks ago, there was a homeless person with a dog in front of my unit and I could not get in it.

I don't like the options for payment. StorageWest never charged a "convenience fee" for paying the rent. Several times the office was closed during normal hours, with no indication of whether there were any staff on the property. 3 rent increases within one year seems excessive. I also dislike having to use a phone app for things that can be best handled in person or on the phone.

Because we got charged $300.00 for dumping stuff in the trash can it didn't have a lock and we didn't know we couldn't throw away trash there at the storage you should put a lock on the trash can so no one throws things in there

The renting process was seamless, the online price is very competitive compared than going directly to the office. Jaime helped and explained the process and help rent the unit. Highly recommended and location convenient.
