I've noticed alot of homeless people storing there, it's somewhat dirty inside, items and trash left behind in hallways and smells like urine. Many times the gate won't open with the app, it's usually messed up, gateel door seems to be falling, no cameras inside, just outside. I've been robbed at another storage facility, no cameras no proof nothing, I had insurance but wS not enough what I got for the things I had inside let alone sentimental items. Those are priceless. Seems to me it's very easy to walk in the the storage facility so easily. I'm gonna cross my fingers and pray my things are safe here. ALSO, That of the price going up every zo often is unbelievable, because not having more security/cameras. Totally unfair! So no i will kot recommend this facility to family or friends, sorry.

The place was terrible dirty and the units was not in the best shape

There was a break in. Security is well needed there. Some of the staff there is not helpful at all when the break ins occur. Magically they remember when the police is called.

Staff was great!! Took time to walk me to my storage and show me how things work. Was kind and made me feel welcome

To expensive for the low quality. Smells like pee, there's a lot of homeless breaking in to the units and stealing.The place it's dirty.

The add was misleading regarding how much the rent is and what the first month’s payment is.

We were very happy with the experience. I appreciate how our stuff was protected and had no issues with temperature fluctuations or dust.

The ladies that were working during our time of arrival were very helpful and kind to us made our entire first time visit easy and the area is very clean as well definitely will be telling my family about this storage area

Once my storage was broken into and just two weeks ago, there was a homeless person with a dog in front of my unit and I could not get in it.
