The main reason is that I had the storage area for 6 years. The cost increased almost every year yet you still ran rent specials for new customers. What about the people who have been there a while. Also the one door of the garage was broken for over a year.

Terrible customer service. The manager at the location I was at was very hostile towards me in her demeanor. Upon reaching out to corporate customer support there was a disconnect in the notice I was provided and they could not substantiate the information I was provided. Which leads me to believe there were prejudices involved in the manner the district manager and manager behaved towards me and another renter of color. I cannot and will not be recommending renting with Cube Smart to anyone in the future.
