Smooth process

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I am very disappointed in the fact that your promotion for the free month(s) stay ended the day before I began my rental and then it reappeared as a promotion again just a few days later, and yet I was informed that I was not eligible for that promotion due to the day of my rental starting. Then a few months after renting I was notified that my rates for all units would be increased along with an increase in the convenience fee for online payments. You have to know that it is ridiculous for you to charge more when you are doing absolutely nothing to receive them payment.
