On the first day I was about to move, One of the entrances has flooded and unusable. I would've wanted these kind of issues, should've been addressed right away. The main entrance was available and working. The moving carts could've been a bit bigger to accommodate larger items. Though i found 4 carts available. I found the restroom was very dirty and uncleaned. The storage rooms were nicer, clean and new. Hope the rooms are maintained properly always. On the rooms I found there a huge opening on the top. If someone wants to squeeze in, they might be able to with some effort. Which indicates nothing og higher value can be left in the rooms.

I was impressed by the building and the layout, but after meeting the very charming, helpful manager, I was completely sold on everything she told me and looking forward to speaking with her again.

Very good, clean, good service. They called when our locks weren't locked fully.

Alexis did a very good job went beyond her job

The storage unit is close to my place.There was a promotional bonus, but the most important thing is that Alexis was great with explaining everything and showing us around very friendly, very professional. She actually helped us at an another storage facility last year. Great to see you again.

Your manager at this location is terrific. Despite her having been injured in a car accident, she is competent and pleasant. The facility is new and clean. We like the entry system and MUCH APPRECIATE their being carts available for our use to transport items in and out.
