It was easy to book the storage unit online so I could move my stuff in on the first trip. There was a lot of information included in the welcome email but in the end it was helpful. The map of the facility was helpful. The unit is the perfect size for what I need. Overall, it has been a pretty smooth process so far. I will say, a little more light in the facility would be nice. It's pretty dark once you get in there and if no one else is around, it's just a lot of pitch black halls until you walk under the motion sensors.
