Easy process

Seems like every 3 months the price went up. Like trading on the commodities market. .

I've used Cubesmart in two cities and have always been treated well.

The staff running the site were courteous and attentive. however it seems the rate increased every 3 months.Its just a empty space not pork belly trading on the commodities market.

While we were able to safely store our items within this facility; the ability to gain access to the loading/unloading garage was often a struggle. The main garage doors were constantly broken or you could only access through one door. Key pads sometimes worked or not. If we ever wanted to speak to someone- they were often not available on the property.

It’s an amazingly well run storage site and I loved it. The staff has sways gone out of their way to accommodate in every way. It was verychallenging during the entry doors repair and so I was anxious and moving during the disruption. Claudia

Staff is always helpful, online reservations are quick and convenient, contactless check in is really great, any issues always promptly handled.
