Raised my rate after only 3 months from $89 to $115. Got in contact with someone and was told I could get another month at my original rate. Then never got a call back. Next time I got ahold of the manager who knew nothing of this and all she could do was lower it to $105. I was hoping to keep my stuff in there for years as I’m in a small apartment.

The employee, Miko (if I’m spelling and remembering right) was super nice and helpful and helped me know which unit would be right for me. It was fast and easy and I’d definitely go back. I had a good experience.

Well, overall I appreciated the space and the access, but there are lots of problems with key elements of the facility (garage doors, loading dock functionality) that seem to occur and go on for months or years. I also didnt appreciate the constant rate increases...going from 350/mon to 950/mon over 4 yrs is just telling me you want me to go ...so, I went!

One of the garage doors has been broken for over 2.5 years. At one time in 2024 both garage doors were broken and we had to park outside to bring things to/from our unit. The price went ridiculously high for the service received. The place does not have a controlled climate. During the last 3 weeks the temperature in our unit has been in the 40's degrees Farenheit. The hallways are never swept. The light in the hallway shuts off when you are inside the unit and it gets very dark and you have to walk down the hall to get the light to turn on again. In all, this place is a dump, employees are changing constantly. Many times you call and no one answers the phone. They never call back. I have dad 2 units there for the last 15 years and things have gotten worse since CubeSmart purchased this location.

CubeSmart is great, but they keep raising the price, which is unacceptable.
