The garage set up is terrible. People block others in and in one case a truck literally parked in the exit lane. One person had to back out because the driver of the truck refused to move.

Convenient. Rent increases were too high for long term customers.

Everything has gone well. I had a bad experience when we checked in, but I reported that and everybody else went above and beyond.

I’m writing to inform you that I will not be renting the 10x15 storage unit due to the recent price increases. The rate has now been raised twice without any prior notice or explanation, and unfortunately, it has reached a point that I consider unreasonable for the size and value of the unit.While I initially found your facility suitable, the lack of transparency in pricing adjustments and the unexpected increases have made it difficult to justify continuing with or recommending your services. I believe customers should be informed well in advance of any rate changes and provided with clear reasoning behind them.For these reasons, I’ll be seeking storage options elsewhere. I sincerely hope that in the future, your company reconsiders its approach to communication and pricing so that long-term customers can feel more confident and respected.

I have felt less safe in the storage building due to the issue with the broken access doors which has been going on for many months. The building has not always been clean, especially the bathrooms and the access garage.

conveniently close. Easy access. Plenty of space. Reasonable price.
