I've been there 10 years. This place has changed hands over the years. Since becoming Cube Smart the building maintenance has gone down hill. I'm on the 3rd floor, so only ONE of the two elevators have worked. Their inside and tge doors in the garage only one works for months, one hasn't worked in 2 years. Placecis dirty where once it was always clean. Time to move.

Too many price increases. Paid you people many thousands of dollars over the years. Also doors seem to always have a problem.

So many bugs got in the storage unit and even got in under the plastic wrap I had around my items

I liked the availability of temp control and large units, but for the majority of the time we used this location, a minimum of one of the loading bay’s doors was inoperable, and more often two to three meaning the security of the units was always compromised or we had to back up out of the bay in order to get out. Also, The shared areas/hallways were not kept swept and clean and there were always cockroaches and the like visible.

Claudia at the front desk was really helpful. It was a very easy to rent a storage unit and then to stop renting.

Getting a storage space the size we needed was very simple both on line and for our second space, in person was just as easy. The staff has been super helpful and friendly. Unit was clean and easy to load. When we got there you could see all 4 doors of the Sally port were damaged due to vandelism therefore we could not use the drive in port to unload on our first trip. On our second trip to load our units they did have 2 doors fixed open so we could at least back in to unload under cover then pull out which was very helpful. I would rend units from them again.

I really appreciate the customer service and the local office I appreciate the cleanliness of the premises however I only stayed a month and have to move out of state... I really like your accommodations and your price were great

The space is always clean and the temperature is well regulated. The manager at the front desk is wonderful. The drawbacks are the rate increases in under 12 months/increase. The drive-in area needs to be changed so the huge doors aren't always opening and closing. Unloading and loading could be under a weather proof area that doesn't need doors with some kind of entry access into storage areas through gated doors once you're out of your car.I used All Aboard Storage in Florida and the entry system was much more efficient and less prone to damage.

My rental unit of over 10 years was still in perfect condition when I finally was able to move out, and the manager Claudia was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process.
