Service was good. Recent increases in the monthly outweighed the value.

I initially rented a 10x20 which rented for less than $100.00 in 2023. By 05/11/2026 the rental price jumped 3 times, only for me to downsize to a 5x10 and now the expense of the rental is $139.00. I tried to ask that my rental date be moved to fit my pay schedule but was unsuccessful. I will never refer CubeSmart to anyone. For the same size unit, I pay less than a third of $139.00

Used CubeSmart for 18 months with no issues. The cube was clean with the heath and air I paid for. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, calling me at home one night to tell me I had forgotten to lock the unit. I also appreciated that the rent stayed the same for about a year.

Store managers hard to find and pretty rude. Difficult to get answers to questions. Short staffed. No water (even a water fountain or bottle filler) bottles for sale or even a vending machine would be nice.

I really like the app. Chris prepared a nice bag for me. Everything is professional, well lit, clean, and fresh. Really lovely location.

Too many times to enter security code every single time made it frustrating and elevator, and the sliding door closes too many times. Inconvenient

Chris Cline (manager) has done a superb job providing guidance and helping as I moved from one storage facility to another. His professionalism and customer care are remarkable. He is truly an assett to CubeSmart.

The price increases felt predatory knowing the sunk cost of moving my items.

The worker was very helpful in helping me in getting a storage unit to accommodate the stuff in the large unit ,that I had acquired years ago.

Raising the rent by 22.5% in one year to an ungodly $196/month! When you are renting the same size unit for $50/month to new customers! I would think that you would prefer customers who kept renting with small rent increases than have a long time customer like me move out and leave a vacancy that maybe re-rented for $50/month. Not good optics.
