Pros: Clean facility, nice staff.Cons: Expensive rates: raised all the rates substantially after I signed up. Also, George Ave facility only has 4 carts and one has a bad wheel. Some times can’t get a cart due to not enough carts.

The place and the service is good but the bait and switch increasing fees got too much. Over the years we had the unit, fees have tripled. This is not some increasing cost issue it’s the business model of storage and it is annoying.

My only problem is they keep changing the fees . No system, just random increases!
