Convenient location, access is generally easy and it’s clean and warm inside. Also loading/unloading area is covered.

Half the time the doors were out of service or the elevator was only running one because the other was out of service

The location was often packed with cars in the parking lot (from the gym in the same building) making it tough to get in and out. Additionally, all the doors are experiencing some sort of malfunction at one time or another. Overpriced for what was offered.

Have had a unit for many years and had no issues . Your personnel are very helpful .

Site manager Christine was outstanding. Facility was always super clean and inviting. She knew everything about the facility and process and could resolve any problem. She was personable, courteous and efficient. Best storage experience I've had in 40 years

I moved in and only a few months later my rate went up at least 20%. Total bait-and-switch.The facility was often without moving carts. When I bought this up I was told, "The carts are $500, so they won't buy any."The sliding doors into the facility have been on and off broken for two months.

Outside doors were OUT OF ORDER and one elevator is broken.
