Staff is not friendly-you rate increases are ridiculous. The place is clean which is great but everything else I will go to a competitor. I am a realtor and suggest you all the time. No more.

Occasional lack of dolleys to move things, nobody available to handle things onsite my first several months, no trash cans, dirty bathrooms.

The facility is very clean and feels very secure. Unfortunately the rental rate increased too dramatically and when I called to inquire about options, my business didn't seem necessary.

We had moths attack thousands of dollars of rugs. We moved our rugs here as we were told it was pest free. It is not.

Overall good but a little concerned over the fact that they will/can not tell me how long this rate is good for. Staff did say it will likely increase after a couple of months.

The cost of the Cube Smart space went up twice during the time I rented it. Which was about 18 months. The place was nice and clean and the security tight. I really think the price increases were too much. The second increase was pretty close to 30%. 26.5% to be exact.
