The facility was nice and the security very good. But the main reason for the great score was the great staff, particularly Christina who was particularly very helpful in making valuable suggestions regarding my move-out. She is a real asset to your staff. I have also had occasion to interact with Evan who was helpful in my move-out from another second smaller storage unit in the same building last year.
