Chris Cline (manager) has done a superb job providing guidance and helping as I moved from one storage facility to another. His professionalism and customer care are remarkable. He is truly an assett to CubeSmart.

Raising the rent by 22.5% in one year to an ungodly $196/month! When you are renting the same size unit for $50/month to new customers! I would think that you would prefer customers who kept renting with small rent increases than have a long time customer like me move out and leave a vacancy that maybe re-rented for $50/month. Not good optics.

(1) lack of staff availability at location (took five trips to connect to a person in the office); (2) Consistent and substantial price increases without transparency or with any associated improvements in services; (3) lack of recourse to negotiate price increases other than moving to a smaller unit or out of the complex entirely; (4) told by employee that "it's a for profit business" and that everything was "in the agreement"; (5) arrived on a Saturday afternoon hoping to renegotiate the price, but after interacting with staff on duty decided to remove all articles and terminate 2 days later

The employees were not friendly or helpful during this process. What I had to go through just to cancel my bin was ridiculous.All I wanted to do was cancel one bin and upgrade to a larger one, essentially a transfer where your company would actually be receiving more money from me.I live in Indiana, and I was repeatedly told that I needed to come in person to complete the cancellation. However, after reviewing the contract myself, I found that I did not need to be there in person and could send a certified letter instead.Your employee insisted there was no other option, even after I explained there had to be another way. It was clear he was not properly trained on your own policies and procedures.This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
