Pricing is expensive

The facility is well maintained and access is thoughtful with the loading area, carts, big elevator, etc. I was so pleased with CubeSmart until I received a $30 increase in my bill just months after signing up. I felt as if I had been lured in with a low rate and then an increase of over 25% in the rate. That felt deceptive.

You raised the rent far to often for no reason.
