Booking the unit was quick and easy by the onsite staff.Love the option to use app on phone to lock and unlock storage unit door. I didn't like not having a light in the unit.

The garages were nearly impossible to get into due to vehicles being parked in there for extended periods of time. There were meth users who continually were parked in the garage and at times had all of the carts so I was not able to take or drop off the items I drove there for. The cost has increased substantially from when we had originally rented the small unit.Overall not a good value for the lack of accessibility, having to make multiple trips and not being able to access the garage due to meth users and the added lack of overall security due to said meth users.
