Problems with garage doors and app working

Excellent customer service and clean facilities

We rented an outside access storage unit, but It is dangerous to get in and out of it... not a lot of room behind the storage units - Can't back vehicle up to the door because of lack of space to get around driveway. So your fighting with other vehicles to unload. Also VERY icy there and the step up into the storage floor is dangerous. I tripped more than once.

The facility manager was great to work with. She was able to help when I had an issue with my original reservation. The facility was also taken care of very well, and even when there were issues with the doors and elevators she was polite and communicated very clearly.

Rooms are easy to access with app and not needing to remember a key. Downside is only 1 elevator works and when you store inside building only 2 garage doors and can take a while to use one some days.

Average,so I think that would be that number

It was clean and well maintained.
