Overpriced and the workers there hate their job. At least they treat us customers that way.

Not enough carts or parking places

Great people at this Cube Smart. JoAnne and Michael are the best. They were always willing to help and were great giving advice and help. I was always happy with their suggestions and explanations regarding the move in. (I am sending this again. I'm not sure the last one was sent.

The people helping me were great. They reassured me about all the important things. The access available to me; stating they were there to help me and always caring. The facility is clean and all items I needed to move in were available. Both JoAnne and Michael were wonderful.

Clean and convenient.

Everyone was great. I loved the unit and it worked very well. However, the roadway needs to be big enough to let people through. making those corners with a trailer is very difficult.

Service from staff at the Anoka, Mn location is not good. Also, in the time I've been renting, over the years my rent amount has more than tripled.
