The facility manager was great to work with. She was able to help when I had an issue with my original reservation. The facility was also taken care of very well, and even when there were issues with the doors and elevators she was polite and communicated very clearly.

Rooms are easy to access with app and not needing to remember a key. Downside is only 1 elevator works and when you store inside building only 2 garage doors and can take a while to use one some days.

In order to access the unit you had to have the app and Wi-Fi access. Due to the concrete walls within the storage facility, Wi-Fi was very sketchy and half the time I couldn't get the Locker open.

Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the man who works there; however, from the first interaction to the last one he was probably one of the rudest humans I've ever encountered at a business. When we first moved in to our unit in October 2025, they had 2 carts for an entire storage unit place. One of their garage doors weren't working and it just so happens that my wife's work services their doors and had she not spoken to the service manager at work that door would probably still be busted to be honest. I will say after we made a stink regarding the carts, they magically appeared by the next time we had to go to the unit. At move in, the guy said, "well people steal them." OK, first of all, if that's true, why don't you have GPS trackers on them? A lot of storage places do, and they have it posted on every cart. Anyway, I did end up losing my keys for my lock, so they had to drill out the lock that was in there and he was just SOOOOOOO inconvenienced that he had to get up from his chair to help a customer out. Do you think I wanted to lose my keys? No, but life happens. Anyway from October to January we had a relatively decent price - a 10x20 unit at $176 per month. In December, I was told that for January it'd go up to $210/month. For what? I don't know. We moved out January 17th and to be honest, I feel relief.

Easy to deal with team members. Layout of building is easy to navigate for finding locker, not having to worry about keys on doors when you can use app to unlock
