WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!!

You raised my rent 33% in one month my credit card flagged me if there was fraud happening.

Above all would be the staff. I have never found such approachable and professional staff. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the facility. Location and ease to get to the facility. The bay to get into the storage unit and security and the dollies and the use of the moving truck. The locking mechanism to the individual units were pretty cool, also.

The office staff were friendly, professional, and worked with me on any questions that arose.

Well maintained and managed facility. Joann and Michael are always pleasant and easy to work with.

Professionalism, convenience, easy to start service, change service, terminate service. Customer service staff is amazing with any and all questions! The only thing is, the place is busy a lot. But never had an issue as I live close and am fairly flexible with my time.

We had a great experience at CubeSmart. Always accessible, easy to sign up for, clean facilities.
