RV WAS STOLEN FROM YOUR LOT AND YOU KEPT WAS MY RENT ON A STORAGE UNIT ALMOST EVERY YEAR

I have been a CubeSmart customer for several years. At the end of April, we downsized from a larger storage unit to a smaller one. We completed the move that same weekend and notified the office that we had vacated the larger unit. I was told that since the unit was paid through May 22, we could keep it until then in case we changed our minds.My husband had recently undergone surgery, and moving that weekend was our only opportunity to complete the transfer. Since the unit was already paid through May 22, I accepted the loss of the unused time and moved forward.However, on May 22, my account was charged again for the larger unit. Immediately after the holiday weekend, I called and explained the situation. The employee I spoke with said he would inspect the unit and, if everything looked good, forward the information to the manager for a refund. Unfortunately, I never received a refund or any follow-up communication.Since then, I have called multiple times, left several messages, and have not received any return calls. About two weeks ago, I finally reached the manager and explained the situation again. At that point, I had effectively paid for two units and was still owed a refund of approximately $175.Due to my work schedule and my husband’s recovery, I have been unable to come into the office in person. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue by phone, my calls have largely gone unanswered.I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. As a long-time customer, I expected this matter to be handled more professionally. Once my husband’s situation allows and I am able to make other arrangements, I plan to move my business elsewhere because I no longer feel that customer concerns are being taken seriously.I would appreciate someone reviewing my account and contacting me regarding the refund I am owed.

The place have a lot of mice, ants, spiders, and other bugs.

Really didn't have any problems. The only thing is that the rent just kept getting bigger & bigger.

I had spiders and mice in my unit, i was told they hired an exterminator but the problem did not go away. We finally decided to leave to another facility. You kept my payment for a full month's pay even though we vacated on May 16th.For my personal experience, the grounds were not taken care of, I always had a hard time getting a hold of anyone in the office and you kept my money for 2 weeks I was not there after the hassle we had of having to move everything out

Mouse problem and prices are too high for what you have to deal with.

My trailer was broken into, causing heavy damage to the door. There are no working cameras in the area my trailer was stored. I also heard there were two vehicle thefts and other trailer break-ins around the same time we discovered our trailer had been broken into.

Because you advertise a price then within a year or two, you're charging more than twice the original fee.this is an unfair tactic and you're hoping customers don't want to go through the hassle of moving. We'll, I did. Plus your security is subpar.

The staff was very pleasant and always went out of their way to help me out. When it was time to move out they made sure that this went smooth.
