Very easy process and storages seem very secure.

Property manager is not reliable

the service was good, but the rates went up too much

Disappointed in the high rent which keeps going up every year, but appears the funds aren't going into repairs / maintenance.

Great service. Never had any issues while there. The premises were always clean and accessible.

My concern is that the Antioch CA storage facility is in need of repairs. The rent keeps going up, but the facility is not properly maintained. Some storage buildings have entrance doors that have broken locks. All you need to do is tug hard on the door to gain access to the building.Also, the bathrooms are closed due to damage and are in need of repair.

Because I got robbed and broke into my storage twice in two months yesterday 16 units got broken into. There’s no help anywhere with the people working there especially the German guy Peter I think that’s his name. Everything looks suspicious this place nothing but a dump you shouldn’t even be in business. It’s awful and sad to see this place like this. I was with another place for nine years, nothing ever happened but your storage it’s like an open door welcoming everybody to wrap that place is a bunch of crooks running this place in this company you don’t know how much I’m angry at everybody working with this place shouldn’t be exist even good luck Robin more people

Peter was friendly, honest and very easy to work with. He gave me great advice and was very thorough in the information he gave me.

Friendly and helpful staff

Email requesting smaller storage but no respond. So clear and cancel storage. Also price was expensive.
