Convenient.This is my 3rd time using Cube Smart. This year a little disappointed in the space. I rent outdoor space for a trailer and this year it’s really tough getting into. I worry about the trailers around mine hitting it. I won’t move mine for 3 months but theirs have RV’s on them so I’m sure they take them out often.

Because it was so smooth it went so well without actually getting out of my truck in the rain you guys were a lifesaver. I really needed a storage unit and you guys came through with excellent help. I would definitely recommend this company.

I have been at this facility for 8 years. As soon as cubesmart took over it started going downhill. The most recent events were them allowing homeless to stay on site. I call and talked to the general manager and regional manager . Fell on dear ears. I have now filed a complaint to Pinal County and Apache Junction police for allowing this to happen. I also gave them pictures, text messages, voice recorded call regarding the issues. Hopefully you guys will learn a lesson once you get a fine for allowing all of this. Very sad situation you're putting so many people's property at risk who trust you to keep it safe.
