Easy registration

There wasn't always someone at the site. Signing up online was ok. No confirmation of receipt of notice to vacate until the day we moved out. ( I called 14 days before to confirm the notice was received).

It is incredibly stupid that I have to switch from one facility to another just to get a reasonable price. If you are willing to accept that much for a unit, then just give me that price without making me switch units. I dislike companies that make me play stupid games.
