The storage facility and staff (Billy) are exceptional! The process was easy, Billy is super friendly and helpful, and the entire experience was great!

Billy reached out immediately after reserving my unit. He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions to allow me to move in swiftly and with no issues. He even was nice enough to cut the package on the lock so I wouldn’t have to struggle ripping plastic open. This shows great attention to detail. Thanks Billy!

The cost went up significantly.. not by a small percentage but by a large amount so I moved to a smaller unit and then that increased

I would recommend CubeSmart but I would not have them reserve online or call. My reservation was all wrong but the person at location fixed it and was very knowledgeable and professional.
