There is no reason I wouldn't recommend. I just offer recommendations to people.

I had no issues setting up the reservation. I was contacted to complete everything in a timely manner. Move in was easy. The lock was there, the space was available and easy to access. Staff was amazing and kind with all processes.

Don is a great property manager. Very clean and well-maintained. This shows respect for customer.

Personal helpful with questions . Made downsizing easy and took care of all paperwork .

Location is close to my home (conveniently located)

In 16 months you raised my monthly rent to what would have been 88% beginning January 1. While I expect a small increase annually I don’t ever expect three increases in less than 18 months and definitely not 88% worth….

Friendly Staff, Clean Property and easy to get started.

Two employees nice, they just both smell like ash trays. Always smoking.

The price of the unit changes every few months SIGNIFICANTLY. I could see a slight increase but the range was $40-$80 per month differential. I moved within the facility once to attempt to get a better rate but only to find 2 months into new lease it was hiked $45. I have left the facility for another storage company.
