This experience could not have been easier. Easy, clear instructions, it felt very secure and very clean. Truly an easy and lovely experience. The team is so polite and helpful. I would highly recommend and am so grateful for such an easy and pleasant experience!

Pest Control was not good. Everything else was fine. Will opt for air conditioned space next time as it should be less of an issue in one of those units.

I had my stuff there for along time and rats ate some of my furniture and lock was changed and I had a missing TV not sure if anything else

Had to drive 10 miles away to sign contract, have to get out of the car twice to get in and out of storage (how about putting keypads on posts so you don't have to get in and out of your car)

I was quoted one price to move from a unit to another and was billed $100 more. When I asked to go to my original unit I didn't get the same discount because I was no longer a new customer. When I asked for a managers number I was given a bogus number
