Had to drive 10 miles away to sign contract, have to get out of the car twice to get in and out of storage (how about putting keypads on posts so you don't have to get in and out of your car)

I was quoted one price to move from a unit to another and was billed $100 more. When I asked to go to my original unit I didn't get the same discount because I was no longer a new customer. When I asked for a managers number I was given a bogus number

Easiest storage rental process ever! No problems starting on first day. Great instructions to enter the propery. Found the rental unit with a lock and key inside!

Wasn't very happy with the rat or mouse shit on all of my belonging. I have spoke to them twice and all I get sorry. No I paid insurance and very expensive to store your belonging there. Will not recommend .

I know that my belongs were always safe. Easy access in & out. Friendly management. And prices very reasonable. Good location.
