The price of storage has become very expensive with CubeSmart. Also a few times the automated entry system has been down and no access at all to the building or storage units .

I think my overall experience has been really good at this particular store. It has a lot to do with the on-site team (Zach's) who has gone the extra mile to make sure that I would have timely communication whenever needed.

I went to the store to pay one year my storage , Zack refuse to take one year payment he told me that I will be raised in september and july he refuse to let me pay my both storage unit one year payment, I escalate my complains to the district manager Mike he never reply to my 3 urgent email . District manager ignored my emails no response so I had to empty one storage unit to another storage facility . , as i will have doctor appointment i will empty the other one too.

Everyone but especially Jessie was very helpful and personable

I had no issues with the storage unit itself, but I do think communication at this location could be improved.Whenever I tried calling the front office, it often took multiple attempts—sometimes around 10 calls—before someone answered. I recently moved out and confirmed with the front office that I would be vacating my unit on Saturday, 6/28. They acknowledged this, but I was still charged because the unit was never checked after I moved out.When I requested a refund, I was told the only option was to receive a paper check, which could take up to 30 days. They also have not confirmed whether my mailing address has been updated, even though the address they had on file was incorrect.I believe there should be a more efficient refund process and better communication overall. Having someone consistently available to answer the phone would make a big difference. I ultimately had to email the office just to get a response.Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. If this level of service is representative of how all of their locations operate, I would have a hard time recommending the company as a whole.

Clean and safe feeling facility. I only gave 9 because it took a while to figure out which building was the annex building. Also, I thought I rented a 5x 10 storage unit but the unit I was assigned looked like it was only 5x 8

The GM at this location has been unprofessional and provided inaccurate information several times. He was even corrected by a district supervisor on his inaccuracies, but still tried to follow the same wrong policies when it came time to switch units. This location was once a great place to store with, but has gone downhill since this young man has taken over. The hallways, elevators, and bathrooms are filthy and the common answer to this issue is that they don’t have enough staff to clean.

The facility is new and the staff is friendly. The location is good. Jessi the manager is a good guy and easy to work with.
