We moved into a smaller unit (half the size) from 10x10 to 10x5 and are now paying less than 1/4 of the price - from $590 per month to $137 per month. Too much increase in pricing and too often. Renter must be aware of this or costs can skyrocket. Thus, the 8. If your prices didn't increase so much and occurred less often, it would be a 10.

We like CS very much but the prices for storage increase rather exponentially and over short periods of time -- not aware of consistency in price increases. If they were less often (once per year) and not so significant an increase each time, your rating would be a 10. Can't do it. We just halved the size of our space from 10x10 to 5x10. Price for 10x10 when we moved $590 per month. Price for the 5x10 literally located next to the 10x10 is now $137 per month. Perplexed, stayed with Cube Smart, but certainly happy we downsized.
