First, I like the location. Secondly, the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Thirdly, they have excellent security.However, CubeSmart didn't honor the original agreement I signed with the previous property owner allowing me to use the trash dumpster. I had to haul off trash using a rental truck (which cost money) and my own car which is not designed for that. Also, the monthly fee is way too high.

I enjoyed my stay there wasn’t till the end when I noticed the ceiling had fell on my things and broke some things and when I told the company. Nothing was done about it to compensate for my damage loss.

Good orice, hassle free, clean, pleasant people to deal with. Great location. Security.

The bottom door seal is fragmented, allowing lots of dust into the unit. Also, every time the door was opened, it was dust in the face. The pull down rope is rotten. Sometimes the door went past the stops and had to be muscly re-positioned.In a time of economic uncertainly, one would hope for rent stabilization. The rent was increased anyway. Who establishes the rent rates, corporate or the store? The store personnel were nice and accommodating. The unit is now empty awaiting for someone to begin renting at $100 less than I was paying.
