From the moment I walked into CubeSmart Self Storage until I returned the keys to the complimentary moving van, my experience was outstanding. The two customer service representatives I'll refer to as M & M went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. They were friendly, professional, and checked in throughout the process to make sure I had everything I needed.Their exceptional customer service made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and enjoyable.
