The help I received online and in person was excellent! Then when we arrived, this was the cleanest storage facility I have ever seen. The organization and presentation was even better. Daneen was extremely helpful and I am glad we moved our warehouse and all of our storage units from a competitor to CubeSmart.

She is amazing—always available when we have questions or need help, incredibly friendly, and truly goes above and beyond for the renters. She takes great care of the property and makes you feel valued and secure storing your belongings here. Customer service like hers makes all the difference.

The customer service I received from the lady manager was very rude. When I called to make sure everything was good when I moved my items out my storage unit she was rude while speaking to me. Her customer service sucks.

I moved into the unit and was told it will be a while before rates will get increased, moving cost was not easy, that guarantee meant I could move with some peace of mind of not incurring extra moving cost for a while. 3 months later, your company raised my rent over $40 . I had planned to stay for years but that was a huge bridge of confidence. You don't retain your customers by raising your rent especially in such a short period of time. Very bad business
