I was locked into a rate from the company before Cube Smart took over and they were not accommodating to the rate of what the NEW customers were receiving. I was paying nearly $200.00 per month and NEW customers were getting rates for my particular size unit for less than half of that. Cube Smart needed to work with me on that rate and they did not want to do that. I want to be clear when I say this, Deneen the Manager of this location did a great job with working with me at anytime and providing options, but her hands were tied because of the freaking corporate greed.

The help I received online and in person was excellent! Then when we arrived, this was the cleanest storage facility I have ever seen. The organization and presentation was even better. Daneen was extremely helpful and I am glad we moved our warehouse and all of our storage units from a competitor to CubeSmart.
