Customer service is outstanding

Prices are high and there are better options available for less. The price went up as well right after I moved my items to this location. I was not in a place to do a lot of shopping around.

Place is clean and organized and both staff members we have talked to were excellent.

Break in my Unit and spoke with Manager with " No Concern"!!! Ask Alonzo to run cameras back saying he didn't have Time...So inside Help I suggest .I Got Plenty of Photos from Upper Roof inside the Chicken wire Bent,Mud prints onWire,&

I contacted Alonzo about moving out of my units. He gave me the wrong information about move out dates costing me nearly $500 dollars in additional rent and a late fee.

I have used CubeSmart Storage in the past and I was very pleased with their facility. The staff is very professional, friendly and eager to assist in any way needed. The facility is neat and organized. The inside of the storage building is very clean and pretty much bug free. It is also very safe and secure. I definitely recommend them for all of your storage needs! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
