Your prices rose each year so exponentially that I had to give up many prized possessions from my mother's unexpected death in 2021. It felt like you knew I was a captive because they were family things that I had no place for and could take no action on myself. I finally simply couldn't afford it anymore as I have been retired for many years and am handicapped. From $238 in 2021 at the beginning to $699/mo. by April of this year. A thrift store has hundreds of dollars worth of my mother's furniture and treasures. My house is full of boxes I must go through and give more valuables many more important possessions away. It is not a feeling I wish on anyone else.

While we loved the accessibility and ease of storing our household goods with Cube Smart we absolutely hated the fact that our cost went up over a hundred dollars (a 30% increase) from one month to the next with no notice or explanation. The notice was receiving automatic email that my withdrawal was now going to be over $100 more every month. Not cool.

Storage unit was great, clean & easy to move things in & out. I would have given an even higher score but communication was difficult. No one was at the Virginia facility for days & I also had difficulty calling the main number with then long wait times
