While we loved the accessibility and ease of storing our household goods with Cube Smart we absolutely hated the fact that our cost went up over a hundred dollars (a 30% increase) from one month to the next with no notice or explanation. The notice was receiving automatic email that my withdrawal was now going to be over $100 more every month. Not cool.

Storage unit was great, clean & easy to move things in & out. I would have given an even higher score but communication was difficult. No one was at the Virginia facility for days & I also had difficulty calling the main number with then long wait times
