No major issues with the location and staff over my 10 years as a customer. But with rising prices for a 5x5 locker, it makes this too expensive to stick around and to recommend it to everyone.

While your location was convenient many of the amenities that we were promised did not come through. For example the moving vehicle that we wanted to use was always broken. A place itself was rather dirty. The front door was broken and wide open for the past week that we were there. Thank you guys really need to spruce up that place for what you're charging

I borrowed a truck on a Sunday (and drive from Woodbridge, VA) to remove my belongings and close out the unit but found the elevators inoperable and no one was reachable by phone to resolve the matter. The outside doors were wide open on Sunday and the building was not secured. When I reached the store manager on Monday he was professional but had little information about when the elevators would be back in service. The store mgr. messaged me a week later to report the elevators back in service. I received text from CubeSmart shortly after to alert me that due to non-payment my access code had been disabled until I made payment. This was insult to injury. Corporate should have known of the problem and suspended this automated process. Their automation should have been focused on alerting clients of the elevator issue when it happened. Because I had no warning of the problem I wasted several hours obtaining a truck, driving to the Cubesmart and having to arrange a second trip to collect my things. Aside from the apology of the store manager, my only contact with Cubesmart corporate has been the one alerting me that my access had been disabled. I consider that terrible customer service.

Good service, clean, and conveniently located. So cold in the winter that I couldn't spend more than an hour at a time there. Also, restroom not regularly serviced.
