Setting up and closing account where incredibly easy.Facilities are clean and climate controlled. Well above the average storage facility I've seen.Dollies are almost always available. This is and clean facility I think are the biggest selling point. No other storage company has come close on that front.

This has been a very clean, well-managed facility for the three years we have used it. Recently, though, it has deteriorated. It is dirtier, the doors often don’t work, and the bathrooms have overflowing trash and no toilet paper. I hope this is a temporary thing.

You would receive a 10 except the lady's rest room never has TP.Overall cleanliness if good and availability of carts is appreciated.Austin the manager @ my facility has been very helpful and courteous.

great customer service when we checked in and new. We were shown how to get to the locker and utilize keypads..etc.
