This has been a very clean, well-managed facility for the three years we have used it. Recently, though, it has deteriorated. It is dirtier, the doors often don’t work, and the bathrooms have overflowing trash and no toilet paper. I hope this is a temporary thing.

You would receive a 10 except the lady's rest room never has TP.Overall cleanliness if good and availability of carts is appreciated.Austin the manager @ my facility has been very helpful and courteous.

The doors on this facility have been broken and out of service for a loooooong time but the fact slitty is nevertheless clean and available. Thank you!

great customer service when we checked in and new. We were shown how to get to the locker and utilize keypads..etc.

I am very happy with the service and facilities at CubeSmart Storage. I only took a point off because we did have a couple mouse droppings on our items when we picked up the other day.
