During the 7-year rental period, Cubesmart gradually increased my monthly rent from about $128 to $450 — an increase of about 350%. Think about your own salary during that time. Did it increase 350% ?

My rate more than doubled in just a couple of years. The facility has really gone downhill - it is often not staffed, not kept clean and not well maintained.

Good price, easy to set up and access. Some doors and app items didn't work all the time. Sometimes hard to get someone in the office, but very helpful when you do. Clean and secure facility with accessible carts and good lighting.

The location increased my rates by $40/mo without notice and did not respond to 3 different attempts to clarify the reason for the increase. Overall professionalism was low.
