Had a bit of difficulty getting a unit transferred over and any call backs. but overall, the staff came thru.

I’m talking. About the agent who work with me on phone to rent this place not the local office. The office location is not telling the truth they gave me spot n16 and he said only have empty but Whene I call 800 number they gave me. P 24

The place was great, but the price seemed to go up very quickly. I’m not sure why you can’t lock into a price. I think we started out close to $100 and it went up to 240.

The individual that worked with me was very knowledgeable and I appreciated that. The unit was not cleaned prior to my moving in and I just wanted that known because I don't intend to clean it when I leave. The floor was not clean. There is currently a cart that has a broken handle. Please get some new carts. There is an elevator that has the handrail off and it is sitting on the ground. Just wanted to let you know so you can tend to these things.
