Being assigned storage was easy. There were no surprises with our unit. We could access it the same day and a lock was provided.

-Check-in process was welcoming, efficient and seamless-staff was responsive to questions, needs, and challenges- Mary, Property Manager, was exceptional in assessing my situation, meeting my needs, and proposing viable solutions during my life hardship (Please consider giving her a raise and/or a promotion! She exemplifies Cube Smart ethos!)-Mary, Property Manager, remained customer aware and conscious while honoring the Cube Smart protocols and policies- This organization and specifically this location demonstrated a higher levels of empathy, customer care and leadership throughout the process.
