Cub Smart manager Zack and Cody neglects their duty cutting locks right in front of me, damaging my white furniture , white lamps ... while I was organizing my new unit 3672 Zack and cody both in front my new unit 3672, they were cutting lock for( somebody unit 3657), causing sanitation issues (smell/mess), and behaving disrespectfully—they are violating their duty of care, safety standards, and potentially local regulations. I called customer service to complain Tuesday February 24, 2026 at 3:50 PM about Zack and Cody both having 0 respect for customers.The manager's actions caused financial damage and ruined personal items.the smell/mess creates a health hazard, The company Must draw attention to their unprofessionalism. BOTHI Document behavior, including instances of disrespect.Creates Mess and Odor Burning Metal Smell Using a grinder saw on steel creates intense heat, melting, and oxidized metal, which produces a strong, acrid smell that can linger. Metal Debris The process, creating a mess in the immediate area.I am dealing with 2 managers who have left a mess and used disrespectful tactics.It is unacceptable for a manager to show a lack of respect for customers, neglect their presence, or create an unpleasant environment through mess and odor. Such behavior often leads to damaged relationships, lost business, and low customer morale. Zack and coby used disrespectful tactics. Unprofessional because of the them I will not stay longer.
