This location of cube smart has very knowledgeable representatives working there. it is very easy to get in and out when the office is closed. The thing I like the most is this establishment is extremely clean. Free of bugs and other debris/

Trash and Garbage…., EVERYWHEREBathrooms……NASTYsnow removal…TERRIBLE

The store is unkept and the dollies are in disrepair. There is garbage scattered around and in property on any given day. the wall surfaces and carpets are soiled and need deep cleaning.

The facility was dirty. Trash was always outside the doors and carts were hard to find, and when you could locate one it was often broken.

"Climate controlled" is still freezing, office is just so randomly locked it is hard to plan a visit within a time constraint (i.e. if need to get back to work).

Great overall experience. Staff, price, and ease. And it also happened to be continently located for me.

Moving is always very stressful. I was downsizing apartment sizes and moving locations so figured it would be a good idea to get a storage unit to put my extra things in. Ended up viewing a few in the Shirlington area and my last stop was CubeSmart. I want to preface this and say I truly think staffing is the most important foundation of any establishment. The two gentlemen that work here, Zach and Cody, went above and beyond to help me with finding the best size storage units. They also gave so many moving tips, that I was grateful for. They personally (and patiently!!) walked me to see the availability in the different buildings and different sizes in person…. Which is hard to gauge online. They helped me with renting the Sprinter truck, which was SO useful instead of renting from Uhaul. Very professional and kind. It’s obvious they care about helping people instead of treating this as a “job” of handing keys to units and getting a few signatures. The place is also very clean and I feel very secure as a single female moving things in and out, even at night.

Clean facility and courteous staff. Safe and secure access. I did not like the fact that the rates would increase dramatically without much notice. The price went up several hundred dollars after we initially signthed the rental agreement.
