The location increased my rates by $40/mo without notice and did not respond to 3 different attempts to clarify the reason for the increase. Overall professionalism was low.

I’m talking. About the agent who work with me on phone to rent this place not the local office. The office location is not telling the truth they gave me spot n16 and he said only have empty but Whene I call 800 number they gave me. P 24
