I used the CubeSmart storage facility on Shirlington Road in Arlington, Virginia. The facility is easy to access, was always clean and in good condition. The rental process is quick and easy, as is the termination process. During the eight months that I used the facility, the only problem I experienced was a case where the security system for the doors to the building was non-functional. However, the security system was still working to control access to the property and to use the elevators. And each owner has to put their own lock on their own unit. This is the reason I gave a rating of "9" instead of "10".

I started renting in 2017 at a cost of $265. And was pleased. However every six months rent went up and 2026 rate was over $700 dollars. I started cleaning out unit 2 weeks ago and the lobby was never cleaned and there was no toilet paper in bathroom.

Service is very good.

My unit was broken into. The communication from Cube Smart has been insufficient and it seems just as easy to open an account online as before the robbery, which is what enabled the robbers to loot 20 or so units.

I had very good service transferring from one unit to another. Gentleman was very helpful.

The staff is very professional, the place is clean and well maintain. The price is fair.
