Facility was not kept clean, floor was dirty most of the time. Pricing was great but after deal price was far too expensive.

We needed a storage unit quickly. Our 4 month old grandson died and we needed to get all the baby stuff out of our kids' house overnight. You were close to where we live. The cost seemed reasonable, but climbed significantly and we were stuck for the 2 years until our kids recovered enough to deal with it. All things considered, we would have shopped around more in less emergent circumstances.

The experience was levels above the competition we had originally selected who were closed on the very day we arranged our move-in! Fortunately, we found CubeSmart. It was easy to set up a space. The building had a secure fence and passcode activated entry points. There was always a conveyance to move things. Access hours are great. It was temperature controlled and felt safe and secure. There were no issues and only a positive experience.

Accused of promotion hopping when there was a unit the same size with less amenities for over 100$ less. Before the 6mo mark in this unit, they raised the price of my unit over 50$. Zack spoke over her as I was explaining the reason of my call. Won’t be working with Cube smart again. Extra storage treats their renters better.

I’ve never had a problem with CubeSmart always great service . If I had any issues they solved it right away. I would recommend them to anyone
