Clean facility and courteous staff. Safe and secure access. I did not like the fact that the rates would increase dramatically without much notice. The price went up several hundred dollars after we initially signthed the rental agreement.

I recently downsized from a 5x7 to a 5x5 (Half height), and the guy who helped me out was quick and efficient.....really appreciated how easy he made the entire process. _ I still have a unit!!

I walked in to check it out with hope to secure a unit. Cody was able to help me find a unit and answered all of my questions. He was incredibly helpful and professional. Overall I want to add the facility is clean and convenient. I appreciate the elevator and use of available dolleys.
