I gave CubeSmart a 7 because of the $30 price change after having rental unit only two months.

Excellent quick service. Exceptionally clean and well kept facilities. High caliber front desk staff.

Managers and workers amazing, but there are rats and it’s expensive.

Clean units, friendly service, new buildings, inside units (protected from the elements), convenient locations. The only reason for not scoring a 9 or 10 is because of the drastic increases in rent after a few years.

Safe location, great climate control

The facility was in good shape and clean. But the customer service at the office was non-existent. We used our storage space for a year and every time we asked questions, the employees working in that office area were never supportive. Conversation was short with no assistance. We wanted to keep our items at the storage unit but there is no level of loyalty to stay as rate increases were tripling for us. And when we went to the office to discuss it, we got no support. We were told just go online and pay. We moved our items to another storage area.

CubeSmart was very clean and the staff were helpful.

The Shirlington staff have been great!
