Employee requires me to bring in a printed copy of my personal insurance to waive the addon policy. He said an email would work, but your email system apparently will not deliver an attachment that large.Additionally, found mouse droppings in my "clean" unit upon move in. I'll only store items in hard plastic bins now.

Staff there are very helpful and friendly

The staff was friendly. We worked primarily with Cody, and he has always been professional and kind, which are two things that are admirable in front-end service.

The price increases. Went to a competitor who had a larger unit for a third of the price.
