The whole process was simple, straightforward and quick. The Arnold, Mo location was easy to navigate around with a full truck and trailer. The unit itself was easy to access and clean. The on-site staff were professional, helpful and kind. The staff member I spoke to when making a reservation online was knowledgeable and patient. We only needed a space for about two weeks but I will definitely use them in the future if extra storage is needed again.
