The specific location was great, other than the infestation of brown recluse spiders. My score is based on the "corporate" policy forcing people to use auto pay or pay an excessive fee for me to make my payment. It should be illegal. As well as forcing me to pay for your insurance instead of using my own and being forced to purchase one of your locks. Had i not been in a desperate situation when I initially purchased the space, I wouldn't have used you.

You can’t make the turn a large truck because there is stuff parked in the way. And the building around the door is so rusted out that you have a hard time opening or closing the door

Clean facility and very easy to access

Clean unit and good service but raised price of unit by almost $100 after only 2 months which is outrageous in my mind if you sign a contract with a price on it.

I wasn’t there 3 months and my monthly payment was raised around $30. I downgraded storage slots to a small one and after two months my new monthly payment got raised…again. The staff have little to no information to give and are not very much help. The app is a pain in the ass and it hardly ever works. It’s amazing this place is still in business. Scab outfit 💯

Your employees are really nice and helpful, this place is well protectedl with fencing and a gate. So far seems very clean no bugs
