The price went up.that is the main reason I went elsewhere.

The contract is unfair and unexplained. Rates are too high and inexplicably they get higher for longtime clients. Ridiculous policies.

RENTER BEWARE!This shiny new building is where the positives of this facility end.The management is slow to fix problems, which have included the building and elevator access system (down for weeks), broken elevators, and broken carts.My 10’ X 10’ unit was actually 8.5’ X 10’, and my monthly rental fee, which started in the $80’s when I first moved in after the building was completed ballooned to $209, and after I vacated was going to increase to $235!They did give me a one-month break on my rent when the access system was down, but refused to lower my $209 monthly rate. I found the same size unit at StorQuest for $59/mo., saving me $150/mo.!My advice: Store your unit contents such that you can move out without too much pain & strain when the monthly rate becomes unbearable, which it will here.The corporate geniuses that run Cubesmart could have continued to have my business had they lowered my monthly rate to $180, but their greed got in the way of good market sense and I shopped around to save a boatload of money every month. Your loss, StorQuest's gain.
