All went well for the most part. I think ongoing maintenance could be improved. I also think you raised rates too fast and above market but you know people wont move once they are in.

The doors and elevators haven't really worked in a month. Where is the compensation for that? Your costs are too high compared to other untis nearby.

The rate of the facility kept changing. It’s impossible to budget. Also, I had a couple disagreements with management. There were constantly homeless almost people resting, warming, or overnighting inside. I feel for them, but my belongings were not secure.
